About the Position --Territory Head-Sales


We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Delhi/NCR and has a solid consistent track record in sales for a minimum of 12 years in education/banking/Timeshare/Insurance sales


Responsibilities & Experience


  • Responsible for achieving the weekly/monthly admission target of the assigned centres
  • Responsible for ensuring sales process adherence by the sales team.
  • Responsible for admission process & and documentation, batch formation, giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges etc.
  • Facilitate data management, team management and preparing MIS
  • Leading by example and ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & and parents by effective counselling by the sales team
  • Business Associates tie-ups
  • Conduct STP activities regularly for centres.
  • Ensuring that the sales team is doing proper and timely follow-up .
  • Visiting centres and ensuring sales targets are delivered.
  • Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation
  • Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in Delhi-NCR
  • Open to travel
  • Excellent communication and selling skills.
  • Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
  • Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.


Qualifications


Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality. Knowledge of working on excel, word and PowerPoint.
