We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, and TikTok ads to increase patient bookings for our healthcare practice. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, an analytical mindset, and a passion for driving results in a healthcare environment.
- Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive patient bookings.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) to increase brand awareness and conversion rates.
- Design and manage TikTok ad campaigns targeting relevant demographics to enhance patient engagement and bookings.
- Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies as needed to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall return on investment (ROI).
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content team to develop ad copy and visuals that align with campaign goals.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize ad spend across platforms to ensure cost-effective patient acquisition.
- Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on campaign performance and business goals.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with PPC, Meta, and TikTok ad campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving results through paid advertising, particularly in a healthcare or related industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Other:
