Retail Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Leading the brand marketing for offline stores (Mall stores/FSS) and SIS.
- Creating the annual Mall Marketing calendar of all stores and SIS for 6 months’ review, and in-charge of implementing the same.
- Creating new and engaging marketing campaigns and opportunities.
- Liaising and managing relations with the mall marketing and management teams for all new stores. Constantly working towards improving these.
- Coordinating cross-functionally across Retail teams to develop new marketing initiatives.
- Tracking returns on spends.
- Developing a 360-degree marketing plan for each store and relevant community outreach.
- Creating marketing campaign objectives, deliver and monitor results.
- Developing and managing in-store events with digital/event managers.
- Coordination with involved agencies and vendors.
- Effectively negotiating marketing costs and expenses to maximize returns.
Experience:
5-7 years in Retail Marketing working with a Brand or Mall setup.
