The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.

Develop and implement custom objects, fields, and page layouts.

Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data management tasks.

Perform regular data quality checks and deduplication.


Outreach Management: Administer Outreach platform, including sequence creation, email templates, and user management.

Monitor and optimize Outreach performance metrics.

Integrate Outreach with Salesforce and other tools to streamline workflows.


ZoomInfo Administration: Oversee the ZoomInfo platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact and account data.

Configure and manage data enrichment processes.

Integrate ZoomInfo with Salesforce and other marketing tools.


Marketo Administration: Administer Marketo, including campaign creation, email marketing, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.

Ensure seamless integration between Marketo and Salesforce.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrator for Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Marketo.

Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.

Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional marketing and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).

Knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Mulesoft).

Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
