Job Description:

As a Technical Product Manager at GEMGEM, you will be the bridge between our development team and other departments, ensuring that our platform runs smoothly and meets the needs of both external and internal users. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, overseeing the implementation of new features, and ensuring the technical robustness of our platform.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and management of GEMGEM's jewelry platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to align on product vision and objectives.
  • Monitor platform performance, ensuring it is stable, secure, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to align on product goals and deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Manage the backlog of technical debt and ensure it is addressed effectively.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or marketplace industry.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of software development and system architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in UX/UI design and a strong focus on improving user experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
  • Knowledge of jewelry industry trends and customer preferences is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
