Strategic Planning:

  • Drive initiatives to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and overall product success.



Quality Assurance:

  • Set and maintain high standards for design excellence, ensuring consistency and coherence in the user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Implement and oversee user testing methodologies to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience 12+ years in UX/UI design with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful strategic leadership and impact on digital product experiences.
  • Exceptional understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools.
