Presales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Lead with expertise in business analysis and solutions strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in orchestrating presales, bid management, and proposal strategies. This role requires a strong background in market research, client engagement, and team leadership, aimed at driving strategic sales initiatives and delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales Management:
- Prepare and manage RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and comprehensive proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with customer requirements.
- Develop impactful sales collateral, including case studies, presentations, whitepapers, and product demos.
Business Analysis:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and design thinking workshops to identify client needs.
- Document business and technical requirements to ensure clarity for stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring tailored solutions align with business objectives.
- Present tailored solutions to clients through high-quality demonstrations and proposals.
Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of pre-sales professionals and business analysts.
- Foster collaboration and innovation within the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Skills and Competencies:
- Extensive experience in presales, bid management, and business analysis.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong knowledge of industries like Technology, Education, Healthcare, Automotive, and Supply Chain.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Certifications in Agile, Business Analysis, and Design Thinking are a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, and strategic planning roles.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of leading successful RFPs and RFQs.
- Experience in developing client-centric solutions for global markets.
