We're in search of an experienced Sales Head to join our esteemed Automotive Client, situated in Pune. Please review the following details:


Role: Head of Sales

Location: Pune

Experience: 20+ Years


Key Responsibilities:


• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to attain business objectives and revenue targets.

• Lead and guide a large Regional & Central team, encompassing Sales, Spare Parts & After Sales Service, by providing mentorship and support to drive goal achievement.

• Cultivate enduring relationships with partners, collaborating closely to devise innovative strategies to boost sales and revenue.

• Analyze market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and foster innovation.

• Actively participate in industry-specific events, seminars, and exhibitions to foster business relationships, identifying revenue opportunities for the company.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure synergy and implementation of sales strategies.

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to monitor progress and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Foster innovation and continuous enhancement in sales processes and methodologies.


Qualifications:


• Master’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Desirable experience in the Automobile sector.

• Over 20 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Automobile, FMCG, or FMCD industry.

• Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.

• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving results.

  • Track record of leading high-performing team and building up a brand by consistently driving / achieving numbers on YoY basis
  • good understanding of Automobile landscape in India market

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, adept at engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
