Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team. This role is essential in building and nurturing a vibrant sales community around our brand, enhancing our market presence, and fostering strong relationships with our audience in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in community management, particularly in building communities on platforms like WhatsApp and Slack.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies tailored to the US market, focusing on platforms like WhatsApp and Slack.
  • Build and maintain a positive and active sales community across various messaging and collaboration platforms.
  • Identify and engage with key community influencers to drive brand advocacy.
  • Utilize data analytics to track and optimize community engagement performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform community strategies.
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our sales community and drives engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align community strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to create compelling community-focused materials.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure community engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the executive team.
  • Manage community activities within budget to maximize ROI.
  • Organize and manage virtual and in-person community events to enhance engagement.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or customer relations, with a strong focus on the US market.
  • Proven experience in building and nurturing online communities on platforms like WhatsApp and Slack.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work from 6am to 3pm Pacific Time Zone Monday to Friday.
