Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing our online and offline communities, with a particular focus on growing and engaging our Telegram pages. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Building and Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community across various platforms, with a focus on Telegram.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and active community environment.
  • Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Telegram Management:

  • Manage and grow our Telegram pages by developing engaging content and strategies.
  • Monitor Telegram channels for feedback, questions, and discussions, and engage with community members.
  • Use Telegram analytics tools to track engagement and growth metrics.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, forums, and other community channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with our brand and goals.
  • Monitor and report on community feedback and sentiment to inform content strategy.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate community events, both online and offline, such as webinars, meetups, and conferences.
  • Work with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on community activities, engagement, and growth.
  • Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Advocacy and Support:

  • Advocate for the community’s needs and interests within the company.
  • Provide support and resources to community members to enhance their experience.

Crisis Management:

  • Handle community issues, conflicts, and crises with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and resolve conflicts within the community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community management, especially Telegram.
  • Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on metrics.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Passion for building and nurturing communities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or other social media management platforms.
  • Experience with Telegram analytics tools.
  • Experience with SEO and content marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
