As the community manager for Skin Series, you will be directly responsible for managing all online communications, help create engaging content and build meaningful relationships with our community. You will ensure that the brands message is consistently represented across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management: Work to develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram and Facebook ensuring that the voice and vision remain at the forefront of all communications.
  2. Content Creation: Create engaging content that highlights our expertise and reinforces our image
  3. Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, DMs in a timely and professional manner fostering a sense of personal connection with the brand.
  4. Event Management: Assist in organising and managing both online and offline events (skincare workshops, product launches, webinars) led by the founder to engage the audience and build brand loyalty.
  5. Brand Communication: Ensure all online communication aligns with Skin Series' brand tone and values. Maintain consistency across all digital channels.
  6. Public Relations: Work with PR teams to secure opportunities for media exposure, influencer partnerships and press releases.
  7. Social Media Analytics: Track, analyse and report on social media performance using tools like Instagram insights and recommend strategies to improve engagement and follower growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in social media management & content creation

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management/community management
