As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing SGS ATS system (SmartRecruiters). You will be responsible to oversee the design and architecture and overall IT support while maintaining the operational day to day of our ATS. You will utilize your expertise in recruitment system and data analytics to provide insights that drives strategic decision making.
More specifically, you will:
- SmartRecruiters Implementation and Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of SmartRecruiters, ensuring data integrity and system optimization. Regularly review and update recruitment processes within SmartRecruiters to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize SmartRecruiters and other data sources to generate insights and reports. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Innovation and Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest improvements to ATS functionalities and recruitment analytics Stay abreast of latest trends and technologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with all stakeholders including TA, HR, hiring managers, and IT to ensure SmartRecruiters and other recruitment tools meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Training and Communication: Develop and deliver training sessions for the TA/HR team and hiring managers on new features and best practices. Communicate updates and changes in recruitment processes and systems to all stakeholders.
Support Recruitment Processes: Support the talent acquisition team with reporting needs, process optimization, and implementation of best practices.
Essentials:
- At least 3 years of experience working with SmartRecruiters, as Business Analyst or in similar roles.
- SmartRecruiters certification
- Experience in SmartRecruiters Implementation and management
- Experience with Enterprise Data Architecture, understanding how data flows into and out of SmartRecruiters to support best in class business processes across the company
- Experience implementing and delivering service level agreements for end-user support of SmartRecruiters
- Relevant experience managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting
- Ability to work in a multicultural and matrix environment
- Project management skills for system implementation and upgrades
- Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and techniques - e.g. business process modeling, continuous improvement, requirements analysis, user stories and use cases definit ion, etc;
- Organizing and prioritizing requirements using techniques such as product road - maps, epics, user stories and backlogs.
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Processes and best practices in the Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of standard and best in class HR Information System (HRIS); Knowledge of Workday is a plus
