Partner with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs.

Manage endtoend recruitment for senior roles.

Identify and partner with external providers as required.

Define and drive the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks.

Requirements and Skills:

Understand TECHNICAL requirements

Proven experience as talent acquisition manager.

Experience in fullcycle recruiting sourcing and employment branding.

Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.

Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.

Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.

Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.

Excellent communicator.

Wellorganized.

A leader and strategic thinker.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field. A master's

degree is preferred.

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment especially in leadership roles.

Leadership and team management skills.

Strong strategic vision aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Expertise in talent sourcing and developing a strong talent pipeline.

Experience in employer branding initiatives.
