We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) Intern to join our team. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in compliance-related tasks, including drafting, filings and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records as required under the Companies Act.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in preparing accounting policies and procedures, conducting financial analysis and research.
  • Assist in setting up, managing and updating accounting records and databases.
  • Support the team in ad-hoc projects and tasks related to finance, accounting, compliance and business related matters, as needed.


Qualifications


  • Pursuing or recently completed CA qualification.
  • Strong understanding of company related compliances, accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior internship or work experience in compliance, accounting or finance is a plus.
