Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer at Nucleocoders Technologies. The Salesforce Health Cloud Developer will be responsible for software development, infrastructure management, cloud computing, Linux system administration, and database management.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain healthcare-focused applications on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Health Cloud and LWC to provide seamless patient care solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Custom Solutions:
- Build and enhance applications using Salesforce Health Cloud to manage patient data, care plans, and clinical workflows.
- Develop reusable and high-performing Lightning Web Components (LWC) for use in healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, project managers, and business analysts to understand healthcare-related needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Integrations & API Development:
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and external healthcare systems (EHRs, lab systems, etc.).
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Customization & Configuration:
- Customize Health Cloud features (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, etc.) to meet specific healthcare needs.
- Configure patient intake forms, care plans, and treatment schedules.
- Data Management & Security:
- Ensure that patient data is stored securely, following HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards.
- Implement role-based access controls, encryption, and other security measures in Health Cloud.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and scalability.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Health Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing.
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and patient management systems.
- Salesforce Certified (Health Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II preferred).
