Job Description: Salesforce Fullstack Developer (LWC & Apex)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC ) and Apex classes to extend Salesforce functionality and improve user experience.
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend logic, including Apex triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and other automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams) to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
  • Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including high-quality, maintainable code and comprehensive unit testing.
  • Integrate third-party services and applications using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and sandbox environments.
  • Conductcode reviews to ensure quality standards are met and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize data models and workflows to ensure high system performance and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Salesforce development with a focus on LWC and Apex.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce backend tools:
  • Apex triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and Validation Rules.
  • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
  • Experience working across at least two Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, roles, sharing settings).
  • Experience with CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable
