Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 5-10 years of expertise in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and propose effective IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and target new business opportunities within the IT services sector.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams (software development, project management) to ensure client satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

• Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports for management.

• Stay updated with industry developments and competitors’ activities.


Qualifications:


• 5-10 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry.

• Strong understanding of custom software development, and mobile app development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Experience working with clients across various sectors and geographies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
