As we continue to expand our technology team, we are seeking a talented Lead Technical Recruiter to join us in Bangalore and drive our recruitment efforts.

Position Overview: As the Lead Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support Magicbricks' growth and innovation. You will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, establish recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with recruitment goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruiting processes and drive continuous improvement in hiring metrics.
  • Enhance Magicbricks' employer brand in the tech community through targeted outreach, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding and integration into the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 8 years in recruiting, with a strong focus on hiring for corporates.
  • Experience managing or leading a team of recruiters, with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent.
  • Deep understanding of roles, skills, and technologies, with the ability to assess the capabilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
