Beyond recruitment, we also support businesses with HR frameworks, compliance, and employee engagement strategies, ensuring long-term success.Role DescriptionAs a Junior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates for our Dubai operations and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profilesSource candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviewsManage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offerMaintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future rolesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journeyQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally with international hiring exposureProficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systemsStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsWhat we offerFully remote work flexibilityCompetitive compensation packageOpportunity to work with a global teamProfessional development and growth opportunities
