Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager specializing in the US market to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services to the US audience. This role requires a deep understanding of the US market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies to effectively drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting the US market across various channels including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and consumer preferences within the US market. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content tailored for the US audience. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all digital channels.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to enhance online visibility, drive traffic, and improve search engine rankings. Monitor keyword performance, conduct site audits, and implement optimization strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) targeting the US market. Develop content calendars, create engaging posts, and interact with followers to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Utilize segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver targeted messages to different audience segments.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within specified budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (4 years) in digital marketing with a focus on the US market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with the target audience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
