Roles and Responsibilities
1Achieve revenue targets cumulatively and for each store.
2Manage day to day operations for Retail store.
3Develop and implement store SOPs.
4Train and develop store teams to provide excellent customer experience.
5Resolve customer escalations.
6Conduct regular store visits and monitor policies, VM standards, inventory levels etc.
7Preparation of weekly & monthly reports and analysis.
8Implement BTL marketing activities in coordination with store team.
Qualifications And Skills
4-6 years of experience in retail operations managing multiple stores.
1-2 Years experience as s Store Manager.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in using retail POS and MS Excel.
