We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, particularly in HRSD, and will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for HRSD modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Solution Design: Analyze business processes and design comprehensive solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HRSD functionalities.
  • Implementation Support: Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes using ServiceNow, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of the implemented solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and configuration guides.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to HR and IT teams on the effective use of ServiceNow HRSD modules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices, recommending enhancements as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow HRSD.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, particularly HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management methodologies, with the ability to lead small to medium-sized projects.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and systems.
  • Experience in conducting user training sessions.
