Lead BD & Business Development


  • Formulating, implementing and monitoring strategic plans for Realty Business
  • To make the annual operating plan and the long range plan for the projects being factors in timelines, including approvals, launch and construction, market sentiments in terms of pricing, structure of land related payments, payment to partners etc, with aim of efficent cashflow management and preserving, the business plan envisaged at the time of deal closing
  • Continuously analysing the business environment around the strategic business segments of interest and undertake research studies so that decision making is informed by facts and comprehensive analysis
  • Identify Project bottlenecks, in terms of project launch, approvals, key hindrances affecting project/clusters, risks involved in terms external environment, competitor, design, working closely with Promotor/CEO Office, monitoring financial performance of the Cluster/Projects, in terms of

pricing, collections, Sales, Sales Productivity etc.
