**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Expertise**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in cyber security.
- Assess the organization's current security posture and identify vulnerabilities and risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, and respond promptly to mitigate potential threats.
- **Business Development**:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor cyber security solutions accordingly.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of cyber security projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on cyber security matters.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a techno-commercial role within the cyber security industry. Freshers with Technical skills may also apply
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc., are highly desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Cybersecurity: 1 year (preferred)
