Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Analyst at Flexi Analyst. The Product Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as data analytics, business analysis, and product management on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibilities


Perform detailed analysis of product usage / behavior data to derive insights and drive product strategy. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions and product growth.


Design, execute and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of product and feature changes aimed at product enhancements.


Develop and manage highly accurate forecasting models on key business metrics relevant to product success and management.


Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track product performance and KPIs.


Work closely with cross functional teams, including product, engineering, risk, compliance, marketing, and operations, to align product strategies with business goals.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Engineering, Data Science).


2 to 5 years of experience working as a data / product analyst.


High proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL & Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI).


Firm understanding of statistical concepts like statistical significance, A/B testing, Forecasting methodologies.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
