Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager - B2B will spearhead Frido's sales efforts in the business-to-business domain, developing and executing sales strategies that promote revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in building solid relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and delivering products and solutions that meet these needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies aimed at expanding Frido's B2B customer base like sports academies, hotels chains, airports, corporate gifting.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with new and existing clients to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, needs, and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to tailor offerings that meet the specific needs of business clients.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in sales practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in sales with a significant focus on B2B markets, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them successfully.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing large and complex deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Proficient in any CRM software and Microsoft Office;
