Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Engineering, Solar Operations, Software, and Product Development).
  2. Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements, technical skills, and qualifications.
  3. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche networks.
  4. Build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
  5. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruitment progress.
  7. Assist in employer branding to position Inspire Clean Energy as a top employer in the renewable energy sector.
  8. Provide periodic reports on recruitment metrics: sourcing efficiency, interview-to-offer ratios, and onboarding success.
  9. Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-ups.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in technical recruitment (Engineering, Renewable Energy, IT, or Manufacturing).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Technical hiring and talent acquisition
  • Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals
  • ATS proficiency (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Hub, Zoho Recruit, or similar platforms)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of renewable energy (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment for roles like Solar Engineers, Operations Managers, Product Developers, and Software Engineers.
