We are seeking a highly motivated Institutional Service Manager to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. As an Institutional Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

You will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with institutional clients, including car rental companies, fleet management companies, government agencies, and other organizations. This will involve understanding their unique business requirements, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of services.

As an Institutional Service Manager, you will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, assess their needs, and provide effective solutions. You will also be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Conduct regular meetings with institutional clients to review performance, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and innovative service offerings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators, highlighting areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or account management role in the automotive industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services, including car rental, fleet management, and government agency requirements
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
