Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Director in India.


Key Responsibilities:

Define target customer segments and growth opportunities within the domestic India market

Identify, analyse and define propositional requirements.

Support sales team and prospective new clients through the sales process, from pre-sales through to delivery phases. Assisting with translation of sales and propositional themes and concepts into technical, operational, and architectural designs

Act as a key interface within the enterprise with the ability to knowledge share and cross communicate requirements, needs and concepts to different layers and levels of the business.

Lead and facilitate meetings/workshops and confidently present to internal and external stakeholders.

Work within and support delivery teams, ensuring adherence to product and customer outcomes and objectives.

Operate within the Design Authority function to assess new change and product initiatives and ensure design principles are clearly articulated and observe product objectives and outcomes.

Develop product roadmap and identify, recommend and business case product enhancements to improve the product offering create new future revenue opportunities.

Build collaborative relationships and provide consultancy for internal and external stakeholders, representing SS&C as required.

Work with key stakeholders to assist with maintenance of business and solution artefacts.

Provide market insight and analysis that considers the strengths and capabilities, technologies, quality, costs, customer interactions, and marketplace demands for SS&C products.

Apply technical, business, product and industry knowledge to product and delivery initiatives and clearly communicate the impacts of non-adherence to product and customer outcomes and objectives.

Co-ordination of solution design artefacts to support pre-sales initiatives.

Answering RFP and RFI questionnaires.


Experience & Qualifications:


Extensive knowledge of the Indian financial services market

Self-motivated and proactive to drive change

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills – Local language and English

Experience working in a multinational and /or matrix management organization preferable

Good influencer and demonstrates accountability
