Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Campaign Manager located in Mumbai. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing campaigns, from acquisition to lifecycle management. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and according to plan.


Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning: Plan and schedule email, direct mail, and website renewal campaigns, adhering to timelines and deadlines.
  2. Review and Analysis: Collaborate with the Acquisition and Monetization teams to review weekly and monthly performance data, ensuring a deep understanding of campaign results and their impact.
  3. Product Launch Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product launches for assigned lists, and communicate the findings to the team.
  4. Quality Control: Oversee and review all marketing assets, including creative elements, landing pages, and order forms, ensuring high-quality and consistency.
  5. Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on renewal campaign metrics, including overall performance, email delivery, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and segmentation analysis.
  6. Email Marketing: Manage day-to-day email marketing activities, such as campaign setup, scheduling, testing, deployment, and tracking of campaign results.
  7. Coordination: Collaborate with the editorial and copywriting teams to ensure that campaigns are launched on time and remain up-to-date throughout their duration.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-5 years of work experience and a strong willingness to learn. You should possess strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and be an organized self-starter with an intellectual curiosity to solve problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently while still being a valuable team member. Strong time management skills are required, and an "eye for design" is a plus, demonstrating an appreciation for aesthetics in marketing materials.
