Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Integrated Media Leader to spearhead our business expansion and growth initiatives in the South region. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the media landscape, strong client relationships, and the ability to cross-sell and up-sell the agency's services across integrated media solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, client retention, and driving innovation in media strategies while leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for business expansion in the South region.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling integrated media solutions, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
- Identify new business opportunities, pitch to potential clients, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, media partners, and stakeholders to maximize business potential.
Client Strategy & Integrated Media Solutions
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience insights to offer innovative media solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of traditional, digital, and emerging media channels to maximize impact.
- Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to drive data-driven media decisions.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of media strategists, planners, and business development professionals.
- Foster a collaborative work culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Align team efforts with the overall business objectives and revenue targets.
Operational Excellence & Financial Management
- Manage P&L responsibilities for the South business unit.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability.
- Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient execution of media plans.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of 15+ years in media strategy, business development, or client servicing within the media/advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of integrated media (digital, traditional, experiential, and emerging media platforms).
- Experience in managing large client portfolios, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving media trends.
- Strong financial acumen with experience handling P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
