Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Digital Marketing & Website Strategy to manage and optimize our website, enhance SEO performance, and oversee digital marketing initiatives across all our brands. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in website management, SEO strategy, social media campaigns, content generation, and marketing automation to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website & SEO Management: Oversee website performance, ensuring it aligns with brand goals and enhances UX. Develop and execute SEO strategies for organic traffic growth, including on-page/off-page optimization and performance tracking via tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Performance Marketing & CRO: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize landing pages, PPC campaigns, and drive conversion rate improvements.
  • Social Media Strategy & Campaigns: Lead social media campaigns across platforms like , Facebook, and Instagram. Foster community engagement and integrate social media with paid marketing for consistent messaging.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand guidelines, working closely with cross-functional teams to support customer journey and business objectives.
  • Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing: Manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows, integrating tools like Netcore, MoEngage, and CRM platforms to improve lead conversion and retention.
  • Performance Reporting: Establish KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns for improved results.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Marketo.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level.
  • Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and conversion optimization.
