Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusive to:

- Build relationships with the key decision makers at client side and within the company a brief
- Be an expert on the clients business proactively engaging with senior clients and actively shaping the quality of the delivery.
- Proactively delivering additional value to the client, leading the team to successfully implement ideas that will improve the companys delivery and clients business outcomes.
- Established as the lead by both clients and the internal team alike; strong client service ways of working established with strong team communication.
- Considered a business leader for the client and for DDB Mudra Group, providing solutions that deliver a tangible business benefit for both client and agency.
- Activating a business plan that delivers success to the client and secures Companys client relationship, leading client, product, people, commercial and profile initiatives.
- Manages the functioning of the entire strategy planning team.
- Provide strategy communications and planning leadership on the clients business across categories
- Assist Principal Partner, to define clear briefs, Target Audiences with clearly articulated campaign KPIs.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of consumers and consumer segmentation to derive insights. Infuse best in class media practices, both from domestic as well as international learnings. Communicate embedded learning to increase impact of insights into action. Communicate complex ideas/insights in a way that all understand and apply.
- Integrates relevant multimedia opportunities into campaign plans.
- Familiarity with content as marketing tool is desirable trait.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Commercial flair and Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, clients and media owners.
- Strong media software expertise BARC/YUMI, IRS, MAP, TGI, Comscore, RAM etc.
- Attention to detail: ability to spot trends and provide compelling insights through data analysis. Strong functional media knowledge with ability to consider media issues from a media-owner perspective; being updated with broad media trends.
- Ability to interact with people from a wide cross-section to get pertinent information.
- Media experience with a mix of media planning/buying/research or channel strategy /insights experience.

Client Relationship:

- Address all day-to-day ad hoc queries from the client.
- Provide quality analysis with action points for category competitive reports for clients.
- To alert client timely if there is likely to be a campaign delivery shortfall and take course corrective action in alignment with client.
