Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Media Planner & Buyer to lead media planning, buying, and execution across awareness and reach-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in OTT, YouTube, and TV advertising, as well as expertise in programmatic media execution. This role requires a data-driven approach, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of media agencies and digital executions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media plans for awareness and reach campaigns across OTT, YouTube, TV, and other digital platforms.
- Manage programmatic media execution, optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with media agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
- Analyze media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Understand consumer journeys and leverage media strategies to enhance engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, media buying best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in media planning, buying, and execution for awareness and reach-focused campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in programmatic media execution and digital media platforms.
- Prior experience working in media agencies on digital executions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Understanding of media strategy, audience segmentation, and consumer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in media planning tools, analytics platforms, and ad tech solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DSPs, ad exchanges, and audience targeting tools.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in digital advertising, AI-driven media buying, and measurement techniques.
- Bachelor&aposs or Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
