Job Description:


We are in search of a highly experienced Senior .NET & SQL Full-Stack Developer to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in crafting, refining, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. Your profound expertise in both frontend and backend development, coupled with your mastery of SQL, will be essential in shaping the success of our projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Software Development: As a senior developer, you will be responsible for conceiving, architecting, and delivering software applications using the .NET framework for backend development. You will also be actively involved in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring seamless integration of both sides.
  • Database Development: You will play a key role in database development, optimizing SQL queries, crafting efficient stored procedures, and designing database structures that enable swift data storage and retrieval.
  • Full-Stack Development: The role demands comprehensive involvement in both frontend and backend aspects of web applications. This includes ensuring a harmonious fusion of user interfaces and backend functionality to guarantee an exceptional user experience.
  • System Architecture: You will contribute to the architectural blueprints of software systems, considering scalability, performance, and security as paramount factors in the design process.
  • Code Quality: Quality assurance will be a priority. You will establish and maintain stringent coding standards, oversee code reviews, and advocate for best practices in software development.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and swiftly resolving software defects, performance bottlenecks, and technical glitches will be a routine part of your role.
  • Documentation: You'll create and keep up-to-date technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides.
  • Collaboration: Collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital. This includes designers, product managers, and fellow developers. Your input will be integral to delivering top-notch software solutions.
  • Mentoring: As a senior member of the team, you'll provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow and develop their skills.


Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • A strong track record as a Full-Stack Developer, with a substantial focus on .NET and SQL technologies.
  • Proficiency in backend development using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, MVC) and frontend development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid experience working with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL), including a knack for writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • A deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • The capability to work autonomously and lead development initiatives when necessary.
  • A commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Understanding of web security practices and common vulnerabilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
