We are looking for a Business Development Manager to provide leadership to the sales team in India and grow the sales organization to meet the growth objectives of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key position in the company and as well as a very important role in our management.
This position is based in Bangalore and requires to work from the office. Hybrid or WFH option is not available. Immediate joiners preferred.
Job description:
- Direct, manage, lead, develop and grow the sales organization
- Business development in the automotive market, the target being large dealer groups, Automotive OEMs and Advertising Agencies.
- Demonstrate izmocars solutions and communicate our value proposition to technical, marketing and management audience.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate reports to izmocars management.
- Meet and exceed individual business development and sales quotas.
- Work closely with marketing and technical team with an active commitment to client satisfaction.
- Evaluate Sales professional development growth and provide effective performance monitoring.
- Establish goals and objectives to ensure effective execution and optimize productivity of sales professionals.
- Help develop coordinated marketing strategy for both short and long range plans regarding product lines that directly impact the organization’s business
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated successes in developing and leading a national sales team and with successful market penetration
- Must have atleast 10 years experience in Software solutions sales/ Digital/ CRM preferably to the Automotive industry
- Good connections within the automotive industry with Automotive OEM executives, Auto Dealers and Agencies
- Experience in selling in a multi-product environment
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with external/internal key contacts and “C level” decision makers to build long-term relationships
- Strong organizational and communication skills including oral presentations, written documentation, computer proficiency, and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base
