4. Manage a team of field sales executives, marketing executive to achieve highest sales efficiency


5. Provide market intelligence and market information to the business.


Job Responsibilities:


1. Achieve the sales volume, margin, collection as per target.


2. Looking after overall sales and marketing of Bathware Segment


3. Increase sales efficiency with primary focus on managing performance of the sales executives through proper coaching, skill development and motivation-


4. Build a strong relationship with key customers, consultants and distributors,dealers, channel partners


5. Sales reporting and maintaining a reporting process


Decision Making:-


1. Decide on the sales network team and promotional activities as per budget.


2. Decide on the level of support or resources given to individual executives and distributor within the agreed budget.


Key Skills:


Experience:


Min 15 +years of Exposure to bathware or sanitaryware business and building business from scratch .


Qualification:


Graduates / MBA in Marketing
