Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the B2B Sales division in the fast-evolving Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. The Head of B2B Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, build partnerships, and establish long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders across industries. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of B2B sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and craft plans to penetrate new sectors and geographies.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement and growth.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key corporate clients, fleet operators, government bodies, and channel partners.
  • Present customized EV solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide insights to internal teams for product development and marketing efforts.
  1. Partnership Development:
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships with leasing companies, logistics firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  1. Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
  1. Reporting & Metrics:
  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the executive team.
  • Utilize CRM tools and analytics to improve decision-making and forecast sales trends.

Key Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the automotive, EV, or technology sector is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of EV products, charging infrastructure, and fleet management solutions.
