Job Description

As a Associate Recruiter at Wisemonk you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing their career in HR and recruitment within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Utilise job boards, social media, and other channels to source potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist in providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience of 0-1 years
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
