We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager / Manager / Associate Manager in Finance & Accounts. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring monthly financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations, and providing analytical reporting for the decision making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Support and co-ordinate in preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
  • In charge for SAP PR to payment process of healthcare projects unit related expenses.


Qualifications:

  • B. Com with at least 12-15 years of experience; or M. Com with 10 years of experience; or CA Inter with 8-10 years of experience; or CA with 5 years of experience is preferred.
  • Preferably to have relevant experience in finance and accounting in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills:

  • Must have exposure in SAP MM, FM and FI module.
  • Experience with healthcare financial management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing financial environments and regulations.
