We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee the financial operations of our company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision making.

This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Lead financial planning and analysis to support business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Accounting Operations:.

- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.

Financial Reporting:.

- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in accordance with accounting standards.

Compliance & Taxation:.

- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and tax regulations.

- Manage internal and external audits, and coordinate tax filings and assessments.

Cash Flow Management:.

- Monitor and manage company cash flows, optimize working capital, and forecast future cash requirements.

Cost Control & Budgeting:.

- Implement cost control measures and drive budget adherence.

- Regularly review and analyze costs to maximize profitability.

Risk Management:.

- Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the implementation of sound internal controls and policies to mitigate potential financial issues.

Team Leadership:.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, fostering a collaborative and high performing work environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- CA/MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in IT industry.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e. , Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and audit requirements in India.
