Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling portfolio of Campus Recruitments
  • End-to-end coordination with Industry Leaders (HR/Talent Acquisition) for Campus Placements & Internships.
  • Identify new clients & build a strong pipeline of companies before the start of Campus Season.
  • Taking necessary feedback from the employer/client once the process is done on campus
  • Handling a team of students, providing training to those who are a part of the placement cell, and handling day-to-day placement activities.
  • Coordination with colleges and counselling to students for campus placements whenever required.
  • Identifying guest speakers of senior management for various events hosted by the Institute.
  • Reporting to the Chief Corporate Relations & Outreach Officer

Qualification: Master's Degree in Any Discipline

Experience: Overall 10+ yrs. and min 5 yrs. with an educational group in placements

Salary - Upto Rs. 80000/- ( Depending on Interview )

Candidates from Pune will be preferred.
