Role Overview:

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Infidigit. You will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, and operations. You will lead a talented team of 130+ professionals, driving business growth and operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, aligning with market trends and client needs.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.


  • Revenue Generation:
  • Lead and inspire the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire and retain clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.


  • Operational Excellence:
  • Optimize business processes and implement efficient systems to streamline operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure financial discipline and accountability.


  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 130+ professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top talent.
  • Delegate effectively and empower team members.


  • Technology and Innovation:
  • Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Leverage AI to drive data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record as a COO or in a senior leadership role in a technology or digital marketing company.
  • Deep understanding of AI and its applications in digital marketing.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • A passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience in implementing and managing complex systems and processes.
