Developing & Maintaining University Partner Relations (Industry Connects)

Developing business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of university & its institutes goals.

Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of business development leads and prospects partners.

Responsible for hunting and nurturing potential partners.

Building contacts with top management/decision makers for sign-ups.

Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

Developing pipeline of prospective Corporate Tie-ups on weekly/monthly basis.

Drive sector focused Corporate Tie-ups through self and team.

Maintaining knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the business fields.

Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of alliance partners business goals, the organization’s business goals and current marketplace trends.

Working closely with the alliance partners, internal and externa, stake holders for developing innovative and impactful partnership/engagements.

Capturing and investigating in-depth data and evidence to analyze trends, monitor progress to goals, and adapt and iterate on strategies.

Building connects for advisory boards, T3 programs, leadership/tech series

Track and report on the progress of corporate engagement activities, including the development of metrics to measure the impact of partnerships.

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop materials and campaigns to showcase corporate partnerships and impact.

Any other responsibility as may arise.

Proven track record establishing and maintaining strong, productive partner relationships, Excellent project planning and project management skills. Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude.

Strong problem-solving skills & Excellent Communication Skills

This role involves lot of new business development and will involve travel.

Go-getter, Self-driven, understands the market and relevant business requirements.

Proficient in handling Internal and External stakeholders.

Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)

Willingness to travel extensively and work in stretched timelines.

Excellent Communication Skills

Strong Presentation Skills,

Must be an out of the box thinker and excellent team player.
