The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of market research and analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the event management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
