Type of projects we undertake:

We work on assignments that involve undertaking extensive primary research, literature review, program design and creating an implementation pathway, monitoring & evaluation of large-scale impact-focused projects, or executing interventions such as impact evaluation studies, baseline or end-term assessments, and others. Our clients typically are Government institutions, foundations, or multi-lateral global institutions.

To give you a perspective of the projects we undertake, mentioned below are a few problem statements that we have executed in the recent past:

  • Examine the AS-IS learning levels (in Foundational Literacy & Numeracy) for over 2 lac students enrolled across Govt. schools in a particular state.
  • Create a comprehensive monitoring & evaluation framework for L&D interventions targeted for 1000+ TVET instructors.
  • Undertake an impact evaluation exercise to measure the effectiveness of a large Govt. funded outcome-oriented program.
  • Work with a Govt. entity to explore strategies for increasing tourist footfall in a state.


Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a project for a client that collaborates with stakeholders in rural areas in Uttarakhand, focusing on farm and non-farm interventions aimed at poverty alleviation, livelihood enhancement, and entrepreneurship development. This role involves establishing and managing a digital repository, overseeing social media platforms, and supporting public relations and partnerships for effective knowledge dissemination and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify best practices and other key project-level interventions and prepare documents/case studies/ reports/ presentations about the same.
  • Build, manage, and set the direction of the Knowledge Management Framework and knowledge management process
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital repository for knowledge management.
  • Manage and optimize content affiliated with the program across social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Streamline content and perform search engine optimization for the program’s websites.
  • Oversee public relations activities to enhance the program’s visibility and outreach.
  • Support and manage partnerships, including but not limited to media management, CSR initiatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate, revise, and continuously improve the Knowledge Management Framework workflow and procedures as per the project scale
  • Ensure effective dissemination of program information through various media channels.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Development Studies, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in knowledge management, impact assessment, strategy assessment, monitoring & evaluation, or program management with leading public/private sector organizations.
  • Experience working on externally funded projects is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in designing and managing digital repositories and knowledge management systems.
  • Familiarity with managing and optimizing social media platforms.
  • Experience in search engine optimization and managing public relations.
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of delivering high-impact knowledge management projects.
