Head of Sales & Marketing: Key Responsibility Areas
This role will lead the sales and marketing departments of Epoch Elder Care, with the core focus on lead generation, lead conversion and customer relationship.
• Sales Strategy & Lead Generation:
1) Define overall sales strategy (product positioning, pricing, market survey and competitive advantage) for all care formats across geographies.
2) Draw up the overall brand and marketing strategy and execution for Epoch Elder Care. This includes all aspects of digital marketing (including social media), on-ground activation, PR, brand building activities, focused on lead generation.
3) Develop strategies that drive customers to the website.
4) CRM: Create, implement and manage CRM process for Epoch and analyse insights and trends and recommend way forward
• Sales goals & targets: Defining goals and setting sales targets for all services offered in accordance with company goals, current business & targets 1) Maintaining occupancy targets of current and upcoming homes & along with the on-boarding team. 2) Facilitating waiting list signups for all homes
• Understand trends: with respect to competitive landscape, market, and consumer trends
• Recruit, train and coach sales and marketing teams as per the company's targets and growth plan
• Management reporting: Prepare and present sales & revenue reports with realistic forecasts to the management team based on past performance data.
• Pricing:
1) Develop annual pricing & escalation plan in accordance with company revenue target
2) Create guide for pricing permutations according to resident rooms, care & customer needs
3) Establish and adjust prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
• Budget: Create and manage sales and marketing budget
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Lead research (on-line, on-ground) to identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Developing and Implementing relevant new partnerships, which will drive lead generation.
• Onboarding new residents: Be the point of contact for families and teams to help prepare both parties to onboard the new resident successfully. Ensure all data points regarding the resident’s care requirements are conveyed to the team timely.
• Customer relationships & feedback: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding of their needs. Be responsible for gathering customer feedback.
Eligibility:
Qualifications : Master's degree in any business or management course Experience : 15-20 years of healthcare (preferably) industry experience. Has been successful as a team leader or supervisor in sales, experience, and a working knowledge of the sales department. Experience in the healthcare or senior care industry is a plus. Skills:
• Leadership and Motivation Skills – motivates the team to reach sales goals and needs to be able to effectively train, encourage, inspire, and reward team members for their achievements
• Customer Relations – understands what it takes to provide excellent service to elders and families
• Communication and people skills – need to be able to communicate all aspects of the sales operation to families, facility managers, and team members
• Ability to manage current processes, report systems and develop new ones as necessary. Ability to create and maintain sales records and reports
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Self-motivation, drive and initiative
• An outgoing and confident approach
• Should be energetic, persuasive, and well organized and able to demonstrate ability to sell.
• Commercial and keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
