Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors.
Collaborate with vendors to source suitable profiles for various job openings.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely submission of candidate profiles.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and manage interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Ensure a smooth interview process by organizing logistics and keeping stakeholders informed.
Communicate interview feedback to vendors and follow up on candidate availability.
Recruitment Support:
Screen and shortlist profiles shared by vendors.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers for interview schedules, feedback, and status updates.
Assist in preparing reports related to recruitment activities and vendor performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between vendors and clients to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Address and resolve any queries or issues related to recruitment processes promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or vendor management.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
