Position Overview:

As an HR Associate, you will support the HR department with a variety of tasks, from recruitment to employee engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop HR skills, and contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Support in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Help in processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and help foster a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR practices and a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach
