Position Overview:
As an HR Associate, you will support the HR department with a variety of tasks, from recruitment to employee engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop HR skills, and contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate employee records
Support in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities
Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Help in processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks
Coordinate employee engagement activities and help foster a positive workplace culture
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in HR practices and a passion for helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach
